Christmas Projects

Working alongside other churches in Purley and Kenley, we are supporting the local community and in particular people who experiencing financial hardship. Nominations for an invitation to receive these gifts are made by Purley Food Hub’s ticket partners. More details including how to give online are available from the Purley Food Hub

Come Dine with Jesus

This is all about local families being given Aldi supermarket gift cards so they can purchase the ingredients for a Christmas meal and a few treats. The gift cards are intended for those who may not be able to afford a traditional Christmas meal and cannot be used for alcohol or the lottery. Booklets with a Christian message will accompany the gift card.
Can you help? Sponsor a family for a Christmas meal, £75 - sponsor a single person for a Christmas meal, £50 - give towards these costs with whatever sum of money you choose.

ToysforJoylogoThis involves parents/carers of children aged 0–16 being given toys to give to their children at Christmas, plus a lovely event for families to attend to collect the toys! This includes providing craft activities for the children, refreshments for all and possibly spending time praying with families going through difficult times. The event is on Saturday 2 December 2-4pm. This year we are only asking for financial donations - £15 per child/gift or any other sum of money you choose.
